Description
Whilst I would usually create these on a solid timber base, they have been near impossible to source locally this year, so this is made on a robust foam base – a common material used for these objects, and it has several layers of sealant, then tiles and grout.
This bauble is an extension of the mosaic balls I made last Christmas bur rather than mosaic tiles, this is a less expensive option – lightweight, decorated with butterflies, and there’s a bee hiding in amongst the flowers.
It comes beautifully gift packed and wrapped.
Lightweight foam base, sealed, then painted. Whilst water resistant, it’s not suitable for outside use unless it’s completely under cover.
