These started life as the ends of a shelf … not sure what happened to the rest of it, but I found these tucked into a box of bits.
Solid timber, I’ve decoupaged them – kookaburras on one, and flamingoes on the other. They have gilding on the edges and have been sealed with 2 coats of varnish and then a coat of acrylic spray. Both are painted on the reverse side, and have cork furniture protectors.
Approx 22cm x 12cm and they’re approx 1cm thick.
