Description
Fresh and green, this sweet terracotta pot has been hand painted and decoupaged with the oh so Australian Kookaburra!
The pot has two coats of acrylic colour, decoupaged, then sealed inside and out with a further two coats of sealer to make the pot water resistant (I can’t guarantee it’s 100% waterproof).
You can plant directly into this pot, keep your plant in a plastic pot, or use dried flowers instead!
These are one of a kind handcrafted pots. I am happy to take orders and customise to suit your colour scheme. If I have this same paper design available I can make a pot that is similar, but it won’t be exactly the same!
Caring for your decoupage terracotta pot:
- Each pot is sealed inside and with a non-toxic sealer.
- You can plant directly into the pot – it is water resistant, but I can’t guarantee it’s 100% waterproof.
- You can plant into a plastic container and place it inside your terracotta planter which will keep the pot dry.
- These pots aren’t designed to be exposed to all weather in the garden and would be best in a more protected spot, eg on the verandah or inside.
- Don’t immerse completely in water. Wipe clean with a damp cloth if necessary.
