Description

My mum always asked for a card, flowers, and for everyone to be home for lunch on Mother’s Day. We usually did something a bit more than that, but however you celebrate, a card is essential!

This year it’s on Sunday 12 May, so to be super organised, on Sunday 21 and 28 April, you can book in to be creative! All materials provided, and quite possibly a snack! You do need to register so I can make sure I’ve got enough paper and glue!! This activity is totally suitable for all ages – glue is involved, but no cutting implements!

There’s three options for slightly different cards:

  • Simple origami style fold out card (front of main image);
  • Slightly fancier fold out ‘explosion’ card (left of main image, with Mother’s Day sentiment);
  • Or take it up a notch and make something a bit more that you could probably fit a small (flat) chocolate in!

All have space to write a special note, and have a belly band rather than an envelope (although we can make one of those too!).

There will be cards in stock at the shop, or if you’d rather I made one for you, I can do that too – just leave a note in the order/registration form. You can also pop in to see me about the card you’d like to have.
